Hip to gable loft conversion with rear dormer, Worthing

Our clients in Worthing wanted a large master bedroom with its own en-suite, without the cost and upheaval of moving house. The answer was right above their heads.

We carried out a hip to gable loft conversion, with a full width rear dormer to make the most of the existing foot print, finished off with an entire new re-roof to ensure guaranteed weather protection for years to come.

Inside, the new space was fitted out as a master suite, with a Juliet balcony to bring in light and views, a private en-suite and built-in storage.
